Corpore-TTN reach agreement to acquire Vencida Case Management

Corpore-The Treatment Network reaches agreement with Vencida Case Management to acquire the Vencida Case Management rehabilitation business.

Jonathan Cook, Chairman of Corpore-The Treatment Network says ”I am absolutely delighted with the acquisition, Helen Deane [Director Owner of VCM] and I have known each other for many years, working professionally with Helen and the VCM case management team, for many years. VCM have an outstanding reputation as a case management rehabilitation provider within the industry, so the acquisition will add experience and strengthen our team. The VCM professional team will all be transferring to Corpore-TTN, so it will be business as usual “ for  VCM clients.
